Hi. Hobey, whoever you are there! Welcome back to my blog. At last I have found some time to write posts on my blog, I hope you readers are still sane, yes? Awesome, now, you see it's getting increasingly hard to find stuff to write about given the relatively small amount of homework that's given to us during school. Nah don't get me wrong... more like the constant bombarding of extensive high time and brain juice consuming homework mercilessly showered onto our heads, eh? You guys agree? Well if you don't agree, you're one of these three things: 1.A Teacher's Pet. 2.A workaholic. 3.An absolute mugger. Hmm, those are pretty good options huh? Anyways, away from all the insults, this is what I want to share with you all. Did I tell you guys about OPW? It stands for online project work, for those who don't know. Now up to this point most of you who haven't heard of this would most probably be thinking along the lines of like: Oh you're so lucky! Oh doing online work is soooo fun! Oh you must be having sooooo much fun! Oh that's a fun and interactive way of spending your secondary 2 life! (Oh, oh, oh, this is random, but I happen to be listening to Oh! by SNSD now, but that has no link, so...) Well, you guys know what? You're all WRONG! Oh, and I forgot to mention. Some of you might be like hey you can use facebook while doing that! -.- Like okay... Screw that... Back to the main point. Um yep OPW just so happened to look cool at first, I admit we all thought that. However, however, however, such a great disappointment. OPW stands for online project work. Yay! The topic is 'My Dream Learning Place'. Um what? uhhuh... zzzzz... =D Right? Never mind... So there went the explanation. turns out we have to actually write out an entire report on an improvement of any part of the school as it is now. Then after that we have to construct a full 3D model of the entire 'dream learning place'. How's that? just now back in school, we had our first lesson in the computer lab on using Google sketchup. Sure, the software was awesome and everything, and if anything it was cool. you get to move stuff around from all sorts of directions, and create indents and humps just by holding down your mouse and moving it around. Then hey presto! Poof! There's your 3D model. Yep. Besides that, we also received our class T-Shirt today. I found mine especially nice, because well, it had my name on it, which was awesome enough, but besides that my number was eleven, anther awesome number, not only because it's my index number, but also because it has two 1s on it. so it sort of has two strokes down under the awesome name Shawn. I found the front rather um... i dunno though... Okay, I gotta go now. I'll write as soon as I can, so until then... Stay sane. And so we go. Forever and always, Shawn Ho. 4:56 AM
